About Us

My primary business established over 15 years ago is my restaurant and guest house 'Chez Denis'.

Whilst cooking for our guests in the restaurant I also do private catering. Corporate, private, weddings…no event is too large or too small. As a head chief of the Tower Hotel, London I have expereince of cooking for 200+ covers on a daily basis.

As my family have grown, so to has our business; investing in holiday homes. It was always my dream to build my own house where i was born in St.Lucia. This dream has now been realised, where we invite you to stay, so you too can see my dream that has come true.

In 2006 we bought an apartment in Nice. As such a beautiful, historic and cultural hotspot it has proven very successful as a quick get away. We loved it so much that in 2007 we bought a further 2 duplex apartments in the centre of nice. These are only a short stroll from the famous Negresco hotel and the lovely nice prominade. Flights are cheap and quick from the UK, both apartments are less than 20minutes away from the airport by car or public transport.
